The Education Law Center pursues educational justice and equity to ensure that all students receive a high-quality public education effectively preparing them to participate as citizens in a democratic society and as valued contributors to a robust economy. It does so through litigation, research and policy analysis, advocacy, and strategic partnerships with an array of organizations. ELC focuses on state policies and practices that affect the learning and well-being of every student, with special concern for their impact on students of color.
